Shipping policy
1. Shipping processing times
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that during periods of high volume, processing time may take longer than usual.
2. Shipping methods and delivery time
- Standard shipping: Mon to Fri business days | FREE
- Express shipping: Mon to Fri business days | 5.00 eu
3. Costs
- For variable shipping costs: The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of purchase.
- For free shipping threshold: Shipping is free for all orders over 40.00 eu. For orders under 40.00 eu, the standard shipping cost is 5.00 eu.
4. Shipping restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- We do not ship to countries outside the EU.
5. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the company's website.
6. Damaged or lost items
If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible, which may include providing a refund or replacement.
7. Customs and import taxes
If you are shipping internationally, explain that there may be additional costs due to customs and import taxes. Generally, it is the customer who pays them.
