You can return any item, free of charge, within 14 days from the receipt of the order and we will refund your money.

1. Contact our customer service a kasandra.eyewear@gmail.com , or through any of the contact methods we provide, attaching the withdrawal form that you will find in the General Conditions or through an unequivocal statement of your intention to withdraw from the purchase.
2. As soon as we receive your request, we will confirm it by email.
3. Once your request is approved, we will notify the courier company to handle the pickup.
4. When we receive the products, we will process the refund.

   • If you paid with a debit card: the refund will take one business day.
   • If you paid with a credit card: it depends on the conditions you have with your bank. Normally, you will see it on your monthly statement along with other charge transactions.
